Tee Time Reservations

Tee Time reservations for The Players Club may be made by calling (765) 759-8536 or you may book online. A credit card is needed at the time of booking for online tee times. Starting times are accepted up to seven days in advance. Please ask for the Head Golf Professional to schedule group outings and leagues.
Tee Time reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. In the event the tee time is not cancelled your credit card will be charged for the full tee time.
Individual players are accepted daily on a first-come, first-served basis. You must be at the course, pay appropriate fees and be placed on a waiting list to play with the first available group.

Tee Time reservations for twosomes and threesomes will be accepted; the course reserves the right to fill open spots.
All play will commence from the #1 tee.

Club Rules

We promote a quality golf experience for everyone. Proper golf attire is required.
Shirts with a collar and sleeves are required at all times. No T-Shirts or tank tops.

Each guests must have a set of clubs; sharing of clubs is prohibited.

All guests should be registered in the golf shop at least 15 minutes prior to play.

Practice is not permitted on the course.

Only food and beverages purchased from the course may be taken onto the course.

Each individual will be responsible for any damages to The Players Club’s property, surrounding housing development and vehicles, caused by that individual.

Golf Carts:
A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart.
Only two riders and two sets of clubs per golf cart.
We require that all players use a golf cart on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays until Noon.

Fishing in the ponds and winter ice skating is prohibited.

Biking and walking pets on holes and cart paths is prohibited.

Fishing for golf balls in ponds is prohibited.

Snowmobile riding, snow skiing and sledding is prohibited.

Pace of Play

It is our goal to have all members and guests complete the round in 4 hours. The golf professional staff and course marshals are available to assist slow groups. As a courtesy to all players, please respect the game by maintaining pace with the group ahead of you.
